Connection is mostly great. App has a lot of bugs.

First things first, Astrill is a better option speed wise comparing to the rest of apps on the market. (So far ive used Express, Nord etc.)
But recently the connection keeps dropping or the app will log me out or having tech issues and I either cant log in or it wont connect. Customer service always tells me the same old routine to check my server, switch servers or switch to utp.
I have also just downloaded the new update and not only does it not log me in repeatedly, when it does, the server list is blank. So is the setting or help page. Theres some sort of bugs thats causing this, please fix this asap.

After 14 years in China, and multiple VPN dramas, I finally installed Astrill and, so far excellent; previous VPN has been ExpressVPN which I never had a problem with until just last weekend (me and a lot of others); surprisingly good and just runs and runs! Before writing this review I’ve read others here; surprised with the difficulties other reviewers have had so maybe my turn will come haha! Truth is that, over the years, all of us have experienced the grief of not getting online.. but I’m optimistic about Astrill; a little more costly than others but I’m prepared to pay $100 a year if it simply runs as it’s doing now!! Well done Team Astrill.

Fastest in China

Astrill is the fastest vpn in China, hands-down.. sometimes connection on the mobile application is glitchy but tbh no other VPN (I’ve tried ExpressVPN, Betternet, etc) is as fast as Astrill, especially on the MacBook. I’ve been using Astrill for *7* (yes, 7) years now and it’s never failed me. Again, mobile app is sometimes glitchy but it’s the fastest and it works perfectly on the computer.
