  2. CLICK

    You MUST enter your first.last@email.ucr.edu school email address so we can check your eligibility!
    Verify your first.last@email.ucr.edu address by logging into R'Web and clicking on Student Profile in the Authorized Applications section.

  3. CHECK YOUR R'Mail account

  4. CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK in your email

  5. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
    You will be prompted to create a unique alpha-numeric password and enter your birthdate. Please use a password different from your UCR password.
    Password requirements: 8 - 16 characters and requires 3 out of 4 of the following:
    Lowercase characters
    Uppercase characters
    Numbers (0-9)
    Symbols

  6. CLICK INSTALL
    If you are prompted to Run or Save the file, select Run*. Microsoft Office will install in the background and after a few minutes you will receive notice stating 'Welcome to your new Office'. A this screen click Next.

How long can a student leverage Office 365 ProPlus?

The guidelines are such they can leverage this program until they graduate or are no longer attending UC Riverside. At that point, we must disable their Office 365 ProPlus license.

What happens when I graduate?

Your Office 365 subscription through your instruction ends upon graduation. You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available. If you have Office 365, you should make sure to transfer all your files from your school OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to graduation.
