The app won’t pair anymore

I’ve had the elite pro 2 for 3-4 weeks and it is incredible. I’ve never had an issue connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and for a while the app was functional as well. I never had any issues until the other day the app just sits there and connects for a minute or two then says it won’t connect. I know my phone’s Bluetooth is connected to the amp because I can listen to music and all that but the app won’t connect to the amp so my game-to-party volume is all messed up. Extremely disappointing. Not sure what to do since I don’t really know what is going on. The app was completely functional last week and now it won’t connect.

Got my Stealth 700 headset today and everything worked perfectly. The app is awesome. For everyone having connectivity issues, make sure you are using the Bluetooth button next to the power button, not the little sync button that you used to pair the headset and the Xbox. I paired my headset and Xbox first. Then, I held down the Bluetooth button down until the headset told me that I was in pairing mode, and then I went to my iPhone bluetooth settings and paired them up. Then I opened the app and it worked right away. I hope this review can help someone having issues :)

Won’t connect to Elite 800x

Literally just got this as a gift and they won’t connect in the app. I’ve done what people suggested and paired them to my phone via Bluetooth and they work fine. They’re also updated to the latest firmware. I also have a Xs Max which is fully updated as well. Yet, when you open the app it just keeps spinning and saying connecting to a device until it says no devices found. It’s annoying that I have to adjust anything through my laptop. I’m surprised, that for their most popular types of headsets which are wireless, that they don’t focus on the app more for a better seamless experience.
